Memories / Chapter 6

October 2020

Roadtrip & diving trip on this Mediterranean archipelago full of ancient and medieval history covered by a shroud of mystery.

Malta, an archipelago in the central Mediterranean between Sicily and the North African coast, is known for historic sites related to a succession of rulers including the Romans, Moors, Knights of Saint John, French and British. It has numerous fortresses, megalithic temples and medieval cities.

We have managed to luckily visit it for a week just before second COVID-19 wave hit Europe. Have a look below for some of our finds when exploring it by a cabrio and boats between its 3 main islands of Malta, Gozo and Camino.
